Sumo Consulting is currently looking for an intermediate level ColdFusion and JavaScript Developer who is driven - excited about technology and eager to solve problems. You should pay attention to the details and have a strong work ethic. Be prepared to learn something new every day, and to teach someone something new every day.

We’re looking for someone who knows ColdFusion. We’d like you to be up to date with CF9, but you might be able to convince us with strong CF8 experience. Bonus points for experience with Java, .Net, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or other complementary technologies.
We’re also looking for someone who understands JavaScript. Initially, you’ll be diving into Ext JS projects, but experience with jQuery, Yui, Dojo or other JS libraries is also acceptable. You might know one library or you might know them all, but you should come eager and able to learn it if you don’t know it. You should also come to us excited about HTML5’s future and eager to fulfill it’s destiny - believe the hype! (eventually)
You should understand acronyms like MVC, OOP, SQL, and WTF. You should know what version control is and how to use it. You should have a favorite IDE and use it for a good reason.
Are we asking too much? We don't think so. Impress us. This is an onsite, contract-to-perm job, at our offices (Flickr) in "The Lumberyard" (http://tinyurl.com/thelumberyard) in West Midtown Atlanta. Compensation will be based on your experience.
